1. How long will it take to receive my order?
AFTRNYT operates as a Print-on-Demand (POD) store, meaning each item is custom-made upon order. Please allow up to 14 days for production and processing before your order is shipped. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
3. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for items that are damaged or have quality issues. For size issues, we provide replacements instead of refunds. To qualify for a return, the item must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for items with size issues. If you need a different size, please contact us at support@aftrnyt.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue and cannot be modified or cancelled. However, if you notice an issue with your order, please reach out to us at support@aftrnyt.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
7. Do you ship internationally?

As a Print-on-Demand store, each item is custom-made, so availability depends on production capacity rather than inventory. If an item is available on the site, you can place an order for it.
13. Can I request a custom design?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs, but we appreciate customer suggestions. Feel free to contact us with any ideas, and we may consider them for future collections.
